Prices
Prices in the store for delivery within Sweden are listed in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT. For delivery to Denmark, prices are listed in DKK, and for Finland in EUR, and include 25% Swedish VAT. For delivery to Norway, prices are listed in NOK and do not include VAT which is subject to payment upon import by the buyer.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, or pricing inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information.
Claims and Complaints
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product nevertheless arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, to rectify the issue free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
Any defects or issues must always be reported to info@toaletto.se, where you must provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are able to fix the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We assume no liability for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or failed delivery from a supplier.
Furthermore, we assume no liability for any changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on this website and to sell out of products. We always strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

Disputes and Governing Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN), see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we will comply with the decision of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
