Shipping policy
Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details regarding the products, price, billing address, and shipping address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at info@toaletto.se.
Delivery
We have a warehouse in Gothenburg, and our standard delivery times are 2–4 business days via PostNord. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday. If there are any delays in delivery, please contact us via email at info@toaletto.se.
Shipping Damage
Toaletto.se is responsible for the shipping risk, i.e., the risk that a product is damaged or lost during shipment to the customer. The customer bears the risk in the event of a return. The customer must report any shipping damage to Toaletto.se within five business days of receiving the delivery. The customer is therefore responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible after receipt.
Damaged Goods
If the customer discovers transport damage, the customer must contact us via email. Please label the subject line “damaged goods” and send it to info@toaletto.se. Please note that the product must not be used and that the customer must retain the product’s packaging so that it can be inspected during the handling of the damage claim.
Unclaimed Shipments
In the event of unclaimed packages, toaletto.se reserves the right to charge the customer to cover shipping and handling costs. Please note that your package will remain at the Post Office pickup location for approximately two weeks.
