Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you receive an item you have ordered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. The notification must be sent to info@toaletto.se. Your notification must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the specific items being returned.

You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after submitting your notice of withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the item’s original value from the refund amount if the product has been used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, installed, assembled, or otherwise used—this is due to health and hygiene reasons.
